Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan Training

This SPCC Plan course is designed for employees who supervise or conduct oil handling, transfer, or spill response activities at Facilities with SPCC Plans. This training, required by USEPA regulation, addresses Federal SPCC requirements. It does not address state-specific regulations that have more detailed training requirements. Course satisfies both annual and recurring training and should be supplemented by a detailed review of facility-specific SPCC Plan.
