Hazard Communication Awareness Training

This Hazard Communication (Hazcom) Awareness course is designed for employees who work with chemicals or in work areas where the potential for chemical exposure exists.   Training is required initially and whenever new chemical hazards are introduced into the work area.  This training presents the OSHA requirements under the Hazcom regulation, including a review of SDS and labeling systems.  It should be supplemented by a review of the employee's facility Hazcom Program, including safety data sheets and labeling systems in place.
